Abortion from the viewpoint of the unborn.

Hi, Mommy. I'm your baby. You don't know me yet, I'm only a few weeks old. You're going to find out about me soon, though, I promise.

Let me tell you some things about me. My name is John, and I've got beautiful brown eyes and black hair. Well, I don't have it yet, but I will when I'm born. I'm going to be your only child, and you'll call me your one and only. I'm going to grow up without a daddy mostly, but we have each other.

We'll help each other, and love each other. I want to be a doctor when I grow up. ... ... ... You found out about me today, Mommy! You were so excited, you couldn't wait to tell everyone. All you could do all day was smile, and life was perfect. You have a beautiful smile, Mommy. It will be the first face I will see in my life, and it will be the best thing I see in my life. I know it already. ... Today was the day you told Daddy. You were so excited to tell him about me! ...He wasn't happy, Mommy. He kind of got angry. I don't think that you noticed, but he did. He started to talk about something called wedlock, and money, and bills, and stuff I don't think I understand yet. You were still happy, though, so it was okay. Then he did something scary, Mommy. He hit you. I could feel you fall backward, and your hands flying up to protect me. I was okay... but I was very sad for you.

You were crying then, Mommy. That's a sound I don't like. It doesn't make me feel good. It made me cry, too. He said sorry after, and he hugged you again. You forgave him, Mommy, but I'm not sure if I do. It wasn't right. You say he loves you... why would he hurt you? I don't like it, Mommy. ... ... ... ... ...

Finally, you can see me! Your stomach is a little bit bigger, and you're so proud of me! You went out with your mommy to buy new clothes, and you were so so so happy. You sing to me, too. You have the most beautiful voice in the whole wide world. When you sing is when I'm happiest. And you talk to me, and I feel safe. So safe. You just wait and see, Mommy.

When I am born I will be perfect just for you. I will make you proud, and I will love you with all of my heart. I can move my hands and feet now, Mommy. I do it because you put your hands on your belly to feel me, and I giggle. You giggle, too. I love you, Mommy. Daddy came to see you today, Mommy. I got really scared. He was acting funny and he wasn't talking right. He said he didn't want you. I don't know why, but that's what he said. And he hit you again. I got angry, Mommy. When I grow up I promise I won't let you get hurt! I promise to protect you. Daddy is bad. I don't care if you think that he is a good person, I think he's bad. But he hit you, and he said he didn't want us. He doesn't like me. Why doesn't he like me, Mommy? You didn't talk to me tonight, Mommy. Is everything okay? It's been three days since you saw Daddy. You haven't talked to me or touched me or anything since that. Don't you still love me, Mommy? I still love you. I think you feel sad. The only time I feel you is when you sleep. You sleep funny, kind of curled up on your side. And you hug me with your arms, and I feel safe and warm again. Why don't you do that when you're awake, any more?

I'm 21 weeks old today, Mommy. Aren't you proud of me? We're going somewhere today, and it's somewhere new. I'm excited. It looks like a hospital, too. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, Mommy. Did I tell you that? I hope you're as excited as I am. I can't wait. ...

Mommy, I'm getting scared. Your heart is still beating, but I don't know what you are thinking. The doctor is talking to you. I think something's going to happen soon. I'm really, really, really scared, Mommy. Please tell me you love me. Then I will feel safe again.

I love you! Mommy, what are they doing to me!? It hurts! Please make them stop! It feels bad! Please, Mommy, please please help me! Make them stop!

Don't worry Mommy, I'm safe. I'm in heaven with the angels now. They told me what you did, and they said it's called an abortion.

Why, Mommy? Why did you do it? Don't you love me any more? Why did you get rid of me? I'm really, really, really sorry if I did something wrong, Mommy. I love you, Mommy!

I love you with all of my heart. Why don't you love me? What did I do to deserve what they did to me? I want to live, Mommy! Please! It really, really hurts to see you not care about me, and not talk to me. Didn't I love you enough? Please say you'll keep me, Mommy! I want to live smile and watch the clouds and see your face and grow up and be a doctor. I don't want to be here, I want you to love me again! I'm really really really sorry if I did something wrong. I love you! I love you, Mommy.

Every abortion is just… One more heart that was stopped. Two more eyes that will never see. Two more hands that will never touch. Two more legs that will never run. One more mouth that will never speak. If you’re against abortion, Repost This.IHi

Attacks on Pro lifers

I got this email a while back but apparently my Internet is having issues. I thought I should post this here in the hopes more people will support the cause. Remember we all have a voice that can help change the world..will you use yours today?

Pro-Aborts AreGetting Violent!
Recent Attacks on Pro-LifersIndicate a Frightening Trend.
Here'swhat YOU can do to helpstop it!

From: Fr. Frank Pavone- Priests for Life
July 18, 2011
Dear Fellow Pro-Life Warrior,
In yet another criminal attack onpeaceful, law-abiding pro-life demonstrators, an angry pro-abortion womanviolently punched, kicked, and slashed pro-lifers in Albuquerque, NewMexico on Tuesday, July 5th.
One pro-lifer in particularsustained a severe gash on his head that required stitches!
Theattack was videotaped, and the police were called. But before they arrived, the woman had fled the scene after briefly going inside the abortionmill.
Her description and license plate number were given to the police, andthey recently arrested her and charged her with two counts of battery.
Unfortunately, this is not the first incident of pro-abort violenceagainst pro-lifers. At the same abortion mill in Albuquerque – alate-term killing center run by notorious abortionist Curtis Boyd– an angry armed man threatened to KILL two pro-lifewomen who were counseling the man’s wife and daughter after theyasked for alternatives to abortion.
Because there was a gun involved, the policeresponded in full force… evacuated and shut down the abortionmill… and arrested the perpetrator.
There’s more.
At thesame abortion mill, a man in a large delivery truck drove over the curb andtried to hit the pro-lifers on the sidewalk who were holding signs aboutlate-term abortion. The man had been verbally abusing the pro-lifers forseveral days prior to this dangerous attack.
Once again, the man’slicense plate number was given to the police. They said they would“talk to” the man, but stated it was unlikely that any chargeswould be filed.
And not long ago, a fire bomb was thrownat pro-life demonstrators in Montana. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Andwhen the police showed up, they merely disposed of the evidence and saidthat no investigation would be made.
All of this adds up to apotentially deadly trend that pro-lifers are facing from violent pro-abortsall across the country.
In fact, one man – Jim Pouillon ofMichigan – was shot to death in cold blood in front of hisgranddaughter’s high school by a man who said he hatedJim’s pro-life signs.
Disturbing? You bet.
Buteven more alarming is the often indifferent reaction by manylaw enforcement agencies when these incidents occur. The police sometimesact as if the pro-lifers “deserve” this kind of violence forpublicly showing the ugly truth about abortion – as if we bring it onourselves.
We don’t. We’re there as peaceful, prayerful, quiet witnesses for the pre-born – giving them a voice and a chanceto be rescued from abortion.
After all, pro-lifers deserve the sameprotection as anyone else in society who’s peacefully and legallyexercising their First Amendment right to free speech and peacefulassembly.
Over the past year, I have been the target of violent threatsthat have led to effective action by local, state, and federal authoritiesto protect my life, and I’m grateful to these law enforcement andanti-terrorism officers here in New York City for their responsiveness!
Butit’s appalling when the police “look the other way” and,in effect, side with the pro-aborts. But we’re not going to stand forsuch injustice.
Yes, we know we risk feelingthe wrath of those who are haunted by the guilt of killing their childrenor grandchildren. We willingly “stand in the gap” and interveneon behalf of the innocent babies targeted by abortion – no matterwhat the cost.
But one thing we won’t tolerate is the lack ofbasic justice and police protection from criminal acts of physical violence– especially the kinds of attacks I’ve described in thisAlert.
When peaceful pro-lifers get beaten, cut, shot, or seriously threatenedvia a gun or a truck (assault with a deadly weapon), we will demand thatthe violent criminals be brought to justice.
And that’s why I’mwriting to you today.
Since the pro-lifers in Albuquerque areparticularly under attack right now, I need you to send a specialurgent e-mail to Albuquerque Chief of Police Ray Schultz.
First, wewant to thank him and his department for arresting and charging thewoman who recently beat the pro-lifers in Albuquerque. Action was takenbecause of an outpouring of phone calls and e-mails from concernedpro-lifers like you around the country, who weren’t about to sitstill for this kind of criminal violence.
Secondly, we want to urge ChiefSchultz to schedule an increased police presence around theSouthwestern Women’s Choices abortion mill where all the violenceagainst pro-lifers is happening.
We’ve prepared the e-mail for you, sothat all you have to do is clickhere to sign and send your e-mail today.
Hopefully, with tens of thousands of people nationwide contacting ChiefSchultz, he’ll be moved to “light a fire” under his staffand properly defend the peaceful pro-lifers of Albuquerque from thesefelony attacks.
I sincerely hope you’ll take a few minutes to stand withyour fellow pro-lifers in Albuquerque. Few of us can be there in person, but all of us can be there with them in spirit, in our prayers, andthrough the e-mails we send to Chief Schultz.
Thank you, in advance, forhelping to defend those who defend the babies.
Yours for Life,

Fr. Frank Pavone,
National Director,Priests for Life
P.S.     This just in…
Asthis Alert was being written, we were notified that Troy Newman ofOperation Rescue received a piece of mail sent from France thatcontained “a suspicious white powder” that, he feared, wasanthrax!
The police, the FBI, a hazmat team, and numerous otherofficers and investigators showed up to handle this potentiallylife-threatening act of terrorism.
This just goes to show you that the pro-aborts are lashingout in frustration because their side is LOSING, and the pro-life side isWINNING.
Those whopromote the culture of death will stoop to any means – even fatalattacks – in order to intimidate, harass, and terrorizepro-lifers.
Violence is the only thing they know, and they don’thesitate to use it.
Too bad it doesn’t work. It only makes uspro-lifers stronger in our will and resolve to fight for thedefenseless unborn babies who are the tragic victims of the violence thatgoes on inside every abortion mill in America, every day.
So pleasecontact Albuquerque Chief of Police Ray Schultz right now by clickinghere to send him an automatic e-mail.
And while you’re doing that, pause to say a little prayer for the brave pro-lifers who are literallyputting their lives on the line in front of America’s killing centersevery day.
Theyneed an abundance of God’s grace to embolden them and protect themfrom harm. Because frankly, they never know when their next pro-lifemission could be their last.

Mother Teresa on Abortion.

I came accross this today and wanted to share. Feel free to visit http://thecatholicmomsmentor.blogspot.com/ that is where I found it.

"I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself."
"And if we can accept that a mother can kill her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?"
"By abortion the Mother does not learn to love, but kills her own child to solve her problems. And, by abortion, that father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. The father is likely to put other women to the same trouble. So abortion leads to more abortion."
"Any country that accepts abortion is the poorest of the poor"
"Many people are concerned with children of India, with the children of Africa where quite a few die of hunger, and so on. Many people are also concerned about the violence in this great country of the United States. These concerns are very good. But often these same people are not concerned with the millions being killed by the deliberate decision of their own mothers. And this is the greatest destroyer of peace today- abortion which brings people to such blindness."
"We must remember that life begins at home and we must also remember that the future of humanity passes through the family"
"It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you live as you wish”

Are you a Saul or a David?

So today the kids and I were watching What's in the Bible? 6 with Buck Denver. This is one of many shows by the creator of Veggietales. I love watching these shows, they are very educational AND fun.

Today's dvd was over I & II Samuel and I Kings. Kids and I are on II Kings but it was a great refresher course. One of the things that stood out to me today even more then when we read it was how alike and yet so different King Saul and King David really were.

Both were alike because both were chosen by God to fulfill the role of King over Israel. Both had the Spirit of the LORD descend upon them to help them fulfill their roles, both at one point disobeyed God and committed sins.

The HUGE difference, and reason why God told Saul the crown would not remain in his family while He promised David his house would have a descendant that would rule over all of Israel and have God's unending love, is in the way they chose to acknowledge their sins.

Saul got "too big for his britches" so to speak, when confronted about his sin he gave excuses and chose to ignore God because he (Saul) was king and powerful.

David, on the other hand, confessed his sin, repented and asked God for help, guidance and strength to obey Him.

It got me thinking. How many times when we fall do we humble ourselves before God? Or do we let pride overtake us and try to justify our actions?

We must ask ourselves what kind of "King" Am I a David or a Saul?

Planned Parenthood-a woman's choice

I got this from www.Onemillionmoms.com on FB. I think it is so heart breaking that today's society has truly been desensitized so much they believe this is acceptable.

Since 1973, there have been over 52,008,665 abortions in the United States.
That's 1,300,000 babies every year
That's 108,333 babies every month
...That's 27,083 babies every week
That's 3,735 babies every day
That's 155 babies every hour
That's 2.6 babies every minute
That's 1 baby every 25 seconds!
(Source: Alan Guttmacher Institute)

Let's start making the right choices, the only real choices. Think about it.

Government Shut Down

Okay so we have been hearing this in the news, reading it online and just about everywhere you turn.

The stand still is due to a disagreement on funding for Planned Parenthood.

Argh!!

First off the title needs to be changed to Planned Abortions. Anyone who has done the research well knows from the beginning this was the plan. They continue to provide them, and most of their revenue comes from performing said abortions. If you are saying well they provide health care and birth control. I have news for you hospitals and doctors offices ALREADY do that.

So let's take those $300 million and use them wisely to pay our military service members and their families. Let's use that money to fund an education that is not dumbing down the kids that go to public school, let's fund those hospitals and doctors offices that have always provide the services needed minus abortion.

Let's put the money where it really belongs, not on the killing of innocent  babies.

Remember all this next time you vote.

Jesus is coming May 2011!!

First off let me say I saw this and my jaw dropped. The same guy who said Jesus was coming back in 1994 is saying now is the day. Sorry Mayans and Nostradamus better check your calendars.

Really? May 21 2011? Dear Jesus can you please move it up 30 days later? It would be a lovely birthday present. If not can you do 5 days later it would make a lovely wedding anniversary present. Oh wait I think we already had plans for that month. Rats.

Okay now that I'm off the sarcastic waggon, I want to remind Mr Harold at http://www.familyradio.com/may_21/ that the Bible (you know God's Holy word?? ringing a bell??) says no one will know the date not even the Son.

So if Jesus doesn't know, well how do YOU know?? It brings back memories of Charles Taze doesn't it?

Then on the website it says Mr Harold can be 100% certain because of his extensive theological studies, a few paragraphs above it states he graduated from Berkley with a degree in Civil Engineering. Any Engineers out there? I am not a genius but I am sure Theology and Engineering are at different ends of the spectrum right??

Tiny piece of advice, as much as I enjoy hearing the jokes on the Looney Tunes(R) that predict the end of the world, wouldn't it be better to abide by God's word and stop playing prophet and Lord?

Give it a shot.

Spring time is here!!!

I just love this season!!! Okay I love all seasons for different reasons but this is one of my top 2 favorites LOL. I know, I know there are only four but humor me. Spring is such a refreshing season to me. I see the flowers beginning to bloom, trees getting their leaves back, calming rain, and the smiles on the children's faces as the expectation of playing outside draws near!! What is not to love about Spring?

Personally to me this feels like a time of renewal. Perhaps is because we celebrate Lent, Palm Sunday, Holy week and Easter all during this season. We are reminded of our ultimate goal: to love and be loved. It is great to see God's glory in all He has created as flowers unfold and children continue to grow. It is wonderful to know that "He so loved the world, He gave His only Son..."  John 3:16. I don't know about you but thinking about that makes me feel renewed.

As I watch Spring begin, I feel confident in the fact that my soul is being "renewed", that I too am part of God's great plan, that my children have a future far worthier then the any future they could possibly see here on this world. That in truth we are not alone but are always loved, always refreshed by God's mercy and grace.

As I feel the breeze of spring on my face while the sun shines, I can't help but feel secure in God's embrace and know that all things that are happening right now in my life are part of His plan for me and my family. So LORD please continue to mold me in your hands, continue to work in me your ways, so that someday I too can see your face.

Renew my spirit LORD as you renew earth each Spring. May God renew you as well.

Happy Spring!!

A Pornographic Nation.

Yes here I go again with a "hot button" topic.Someone has to bring it up, after all I have never been much of a "worldly follower".  I refuse to be someone who complains and does nothing about it. I refuse to let my family decay in any shape and form. So today I am lightly tackling what has become such a huge problem, today's generation (25 and younger) thinks of it as part of "everyday life."

I am speaking (or rather blogging if you will) about PORNOGRAPHY. In it's many forms. This is not just the indecent sexual acts on the web or your pay per view channels. Now you have DVDs, sexting, cybersex, magazines, shopping catalogs, mailing ads, billboard and even children's movies are rampant with pornography. It is a booming industry, some of us are unaware of the support we give it!

How can we be unaware? We bring the VS catalog into our home, letting our children "glance" at it without thinking about it, we join companies for "the healthy sexual education of women" sell their "toys', we allow our children to watch shows that have a "mild nudity" content and then scratch our heads when we see the family structure fall apart!

Don't worry I am not going to go full force on this today, after all with my pregnancy I need to keep my stress level down, so lucky for the Porno industry I will go "easy" on them.

Anyone with an ounce of a brain cell can see at a point and time that this is wrong. It destroys moral values, breaks families, endanger children, etc. Pornography has been the number one culprit of sex trafficking, child sexual abuse (many perpetrators started with adult pornography, moved to teen and ended in child pornography) and no I am not pulling this out of thin air. If you want to do something, and hopefully you have a desire to fight the filth I urge you to visit http://www.moralityinmedia.org/ today and become a partner.

The reason why I am talking about this is( in case you haven't read the newspaper, watched the news or even visited the Internet), is the mere fact that there is an outbreak of sexual indecency in the world. Not merely left to adultery, now the ages for a sexual offender (rapists, molesters etc) has dropped. We have teenagers and in many cases children as young as 6 years old raping others (though they don't fully comprehend the action it is a vice they have been exposed to and act upon). It is not merely the fault of the pornography industry but also of the society that allows such depravity to have such a peaceful existence

All the years I worked in law enforcement I can tell you the things I saw regarding this topic make my skin crawl. As a parent it is both my duty and my privilege to protect my children, but if we as a whole (society) don't do something 10 years from now the act of raping someone is going to become the norm, just like 10 years later pornography is not merely targeted at adults.

I urge you to do something about it. Turn off the TV, screen the movies you are allowing your kids to watch, safeguard the Internet, the video games, the catalogs. No it's not over the top!I have a family member that mocked me over restricting video games to my children, guess what? I really don't care, WHILE THIS PERSON ALLOWED COMPLETE FREEDOM AND HER HOUSE OF CARDS FALLS APART I WILL PRAY THAT SHE WILL SEE THE TRUTH SOON. I AM NOT SIMPLY BEING A PROTECTIVE PARENT, BUT ALSO AN EX LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WHO HAS SEEN HER SHARE  OF CHILDREN WOUNDED BY IT, AND PEOPLE WHO BELONG IN JAIL ALLOWED TO WALK BECAUSE WE ARE SO LENIENT ON THEM.

We established and enforced a rule against public smoking, don't you think the bodies , lives and preservation of our children's innocence is worth more of an effort then the stench of a freaking cigarette?

Will you do something about it? Or will you simply stand around and watch?
